Where do we shoot?
Merilyn has a range of outdoor and indoor locations to select from, family shoots are recommended in your own family home or on location outdoors. Any other studio or hired location requests incur additional fees.
Editing
Merilyn keeps things pretty natural! She applies any colour corrections and cropping where needed. She may adjust lighting and darkness in areas. For portraits Merilyn does light skin smoothing or retouching on spots or marks or the out of place hair. Heavier fashion retouching requires a lengthier editing time on other packages. Please contact Merilyn for further pricing options.
When can I get my photos?
Merilyn has a 2-3 week turn around currently. Photos are delivered online via Dropbox for the fastest delivery methods. You do not need a dropbox account for this, just a computer and an external hard drive to save them. Alternatively Merilyn can mail a USB with your images (this is at an additional fee). Upon completion of the edit Merilyn will text or email a link for you to download from the online gallery.
Booking with Merilyn Photography
A 20% Booking fee is required to secure your booking. Unfortunately there are no holds on dates without a deposit. Merilyn will supply a booking service agreement with details of the terms and conditions upon booking. In the event of a cancellation, 72 hours notice is required to receive the return of the full deposit.
Can I order prints of my family portraits?
Yes! Individual Prints from $55 ex GST. Contact Merilyn for further information.
Interstate/ International customers.
Merilyn is available for interstate/international travel. Travel fees apply. For travel 50km outside of Brisbane CBD incurs additional fees.
